How to get support for your Lightning Tools product

If you are a Lightning Tools customer with a current subscription or software assurance, or if you are evaluating one of our products during the free 30-day trial, you are eligible for our technical support. Our support team can assist via email or in a Teams meeting.

Your support experience will be most effective if you can let us know which product you are contacting us about, and which version of SharePoint you are using (e.g. SharePoint 2016, SharePoint 2019, SharePoint Online, Microsoft Teams).

It will also help us to know which version of the product you are using. For the SPFx tools in SharePoint 2019 or SharePoint Online, the version number can generally be found on the 2nd page of the web part's configuration panel.

If you are contacting us about an error message, please include a screenshot of the entire message within the context of your whole screen, if possible. Did the error just start to occur recently? Do only certain people see the error?
