Check your Entra Admin Center to see if the "00000003-0000-0ff1-ce00-000000000000" application is listed. It should be enabled by default, but it might not be in your tenant.
To verify this, you'll need to be a Global Admin. Follow these steps:
1. Go to the Microsoft 365 Admin Center and open the Entra (Identity) Admin Center:

2. Open the App Registrations:

3. Switch to the All Applications tab:

4. Click on the SharePoint Client Extensibility Web Application Principal to open its information page:

5. Select "Expose an API" from the menu:

6. In the "Authorized client applications" section, check if the '00000003-0000-0ff1-ce00-000000000000' application is listed. It should be listed by default.
7. If it doesn't exist, you'll need to manually create this via "Add a client application".
8. Re-test the issue.
